Terms of service
Version 2026-10-22. Provider: Asmir Mehic, see the imprint.
1. The service
Steller is a web application for architectural sketching, simple 3D massing and image renders generated from your drawings. During the invite round, accounts need an invite code. You sign in with a code sent by email or with Google.
2. Prepaid balance
- You buy balance in fixed top-ups of €10, €20, €50 or €100. The balance is shown and kept in euros.
- The balance does not expire. It cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash, and it can only be used for Steller studio time. Refunds are set out in sections 3 and 6 and on the refunds page.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle sells the top-up to you under its buyer terms, issues the invoice, calculates the tax and handles refunds.
3. Prices and charges
- Studio time is charged at one hourly rate, billed by the minute. Studio time runs from the start of a render until three minutes after its result; renders that follow within those three minutes continue the same period, and longer gaps are not charged. The current rate is in the pricing section of our home page. If we raise the rate, we email you at least 30 days before it applies; the new rate applies to studio time from that date. If you do not want to continue at the new rate, you can ask for a refund of your unused purchased balance before that date. A lower rate applies at once.
- Once your studio time in a calendar month has cost €30, the remaining studio time in that month is charged at half the rate.
- Your first 10 minutes of studio time are free, once per account. Free minutes are a grant, not a purchase; they cannot be transferred, paid out or refunded, and they lapse when the account is deleted.
- Queueing, GPU start-up, model loading and file transfer before a render starts are not charged; drawing, modelling and reviewing results are never charged.
- Before your first render, Steller shows the price and asks you to confirm it, to request that renders start immediately, and to confirm that you know you lose your right of withdrawal for a render once it has been completed. This confirmation covers your later renders until the rate or these terms change, when we ask again; the price stays available in the app. Each render reserves a maximum from your balance, equal to its expected duration plus three minutes at the rate; the charge never exceeds that maximum, and the unused part is released when the render ends.
- A failed render is not charged. A queued render you cancel is not charged. A running render you cancel is charged up to the moment Steller receives the cancellation.
- A render is charged only once its result has been stored in your account.
- Fair use: up to 90 renders an hour per account.
4. Your content and results
- Your drawings, models, imported images, prompts and results remain yours. You allow us to store, process and transmit them only as needed to run Steller for you: rendering, storage, backups and export. We do not use them to train models.
- You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for how you use results. Results are generated by an AI model: they may be inaccurate or resemble existing works, purely generated images may not be protected by copyright, and they are not professional, structural or planning advice. Check them before you rely on them.
- Results are at most 3840 px on their longest side.
- Recent results are kept for 30 days and then deleted with their prompt and input snapshot; the charge record remains. Keeping a result retains it while your account is active.
- Each account has 10 GB for kept results and imported images. A full quota blocks keeping and importing, never rendering.
- You can export your account as a ZIP archive once every 24 hours; the download link is valid for 24 hours and the archive is deleted after 7 days.
5. Inactive accounts
After 24 months without activity we notify you 30 and 7 days before deletion. An account with a zero balance is then deleted completely. With a positive balance, the account and balance stay and projects and results are deleted.
6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account after signing in again and confirming. Access ends at once, and content is deleted within 24 hours; backup copies expire within 30 days. Any unused balance you bought is refunded through Paddle to your original payment method; free minutes lapse. If the original payment can no longer be refunded, we contact you to agree another way. See refunds and withdrawal.
7. Availability, liability, acceptable use
- Do not use Steller for unlawful content; content that infringes other people's rights; sexual content of real people or deepfakes; hate, harassment or threats; malware; or attempts to get around limits, security or other users' data.
- If you believe an upload or a result infringes your rights, write to [email protected]. We remove it while we check.
- We may review and remove content that breaks these terms, and suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated breaches, fraud or security risks. If we close your account, your unused purchased balance is refunded, unless the closing is for fraud.
- We work to keep Steller available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, and only for damage that is typical and foreseeable. Your statutory warranty rights as a consumer are not affected.
8. Law and disputes
The provider is established in Austria. Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. As a consumer you can bring claims in Austria or in the courts where you live; we can bring claims against you only where you live. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body.
